Prior to forming MODCo in 1996, Rotman’s professional experience ranged from Sony Music to Saatchi & Saatchi and RDA International where she was a creative director to VH1 and Broadway Video, and had the opportunity to delve into writing and directing. It was during this tenure that Rotman found her niche working in fashion, beauty and entertainment. Now with more than 19 years experience working in the fashion, beauty and cosmetic industries and numerous awards to her credit, Rotman has a thorough understanding of the unique sensitivities and issues involved in creating and maintaining a brand’s image.
